Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves on fast production and prompt shipping. Orders normally ship the next days of receipt, with customized skins taking up to 2 days. We ship all our orders via USPS which generally takes 2 to 6 business days for delivery.
Rush Delivery
You may also choose to expedite delivery for an additional fee. Next Day Air, 2-Day Air or 3-Day Express are available options. Please contact us at info@mrDesign.com for rush shipment rates.
Shipping Costs
We offer a free shipping charge within the continental US. Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and to any territory outside the continental U.S. Please contact us at info@mrDesign.com for a quote.
Note: The customer is responsible for any tariffs or duty charges.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be added only to orders shipping to New York.
Product Descriptions
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our skins that appear on our website. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Also, the nature of patterns such as military camouflages, we can not guarantee that the same exactly patterns as you see on your monitor. Returns
Your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. We understand that purchasing on-line is sometimes difficult without being able to touch and feel the product. Because of this, we offer return options to insure your shopping experience with us is a pleasant one.
We use only the finest materials available this ensures long lasting high quality skins. If an ordered item fails to meet your expectations, send it back to us unused, in the original packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date, and we will refund your purchase price less shipping. In order to receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in new, undamaged condition. mrDesign.com is not responsible foritems damaged or lost in transit.
If an item you have received was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@mrDesign.com. Customized Skins are not returnable, however, if an item you have received was customized incorrectly, please contact us at info@mrDesign.com.
